- Stepless Speed Control: Equipped with a mechanical dial variant for stepless knob adjustments.
- Safe Separation: Built intentionally for smooth blood separation and low-noise operational cycles.
- Warranty Structure: Sourced straight with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty from Wincom Company Ltd.
Operational Guide & Protocol
To operate the Wincom 80-1B Centrifuge Machine safely, follow this structural workflow derived from standard Desktop Electric Centrifuge User Instructions:
- Surface Placement: Place the machine on a completely rigid, level, and stable laboratory benchtop. Maintain at least 30 cm of clear ventilation space around all sides.
- Symmetrical Loading: Insert standard test tubes symmetrically into the 6-slot rotor. Tubes placed directly opposite one another must contain identical fluid volumes and weights to maintain perfect equilibrium.
- Lid Engagement: Close the top protective lid firmly down.
- Parameter Mapping: Turn the mechanical time dial to your required configuration (0–60 minutes). Gradually rotate the stepless speed knob clockwise until your target RPM (up to 4,000 RPM) is reached.
- Deceleration & Retrieval: After the timer rings and expires, allow the rotor to come to a complete, unassisted stop. Never force the rotor to stop manually. Open the lid to retrieve your separated samples.
