1. General Commercial Agreement

This website (labasiabd.com) is operated by Lab Asia Science and Technology Corporation ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this portal, requesting commercial quotations, registering an account, or purchasing laboratory apparatus, the client ("you", "customer", or "institution") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Order Acceptance

All orders placed via our website, WhatsApp hotline, telephone, or formal Purchase Order (PO) are subject to stock availability and acceptance by our commercial desk:

• Formal written quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• Unless explicitly stated in an official tender agreement, catalog prices exclude applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and Advance Income Tax (AIT), which are billed in compliance with NBR statutory rates.
• In the rare event of a pricing typo or stock depletion, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with immediate customer notification.

3. Delivery Terms & Dispatch Schedules

We operate logistics throughout Bangladesh with dedicated packaging for scientific instruments, glassware, and reagents:

• Business Days: Our working week operates Saturday through Thursday (09:00 AM – 08:00 PM), excluding Friday and statutory national holidays.
• Dhaka Metropolitan Area: Standard delivery within 1 to 3 business days. Same-day emergency delivery is available for orders confirmed prior to 04:00 PM. Flat delivery fee: ৳100.
• Outside Dhaka (All 64 Districts): Shipments are consigned within 24 hours and delivered within 2 to 5 business days via trusted couriers (Sundarban, SA Paribahan, Steadfast) with full transit tracking.
• Showroom Pickup: Customers may collect verified orders from our Tikatuli showroom with 2 hours advance notice.

4. Payment Methods & Invoicing

We support multiple verified payment channels for individual and institutional procurement:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Permitted within Dhaka Metro and select courier pick-up branches upon parcel inspection.
• Mobile Financial Services: bKash and Nagad personal payments accepted at +880 1885 702014.
• Bank Transfer / BEFTN / RTGS: Official corporate bank details provided on invoice for seamless corporate and university procurement.
• Official Invoicing: Every order is accompanied by an authorized VAT challan reflecting our registered BIN: 003743239-0307 and e-TIN: 228964895763.

5. Warranty Coverage & Metrology Verification

All instruments sold by Lab Asia are guaranteed 100% genuine factory imports from certified global brands (Hanna, JADEVER, Pyrex, Merck, Polylab, SDC, Whatman, ACZET):

• Instruments carry standard 1-year manufacturer service warranty against electronic defects under normal bench operating conditions.
• Consumables (glassware, test strips, chemical reagents, pH probes, and batteries) are verified prior to shipment and must be inspected upon delivery.
• Pre-calibration and factory verification certificates are provided for precision balances and testing meters where applicable.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising in connection with orders or contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
