Returns Policy
If your goods are faulty/damaged/incorrect/incomplete upon delivery, please contact us via email at labasia2020@gmail.com or info@labasiabd.com or via WhatsApp at +8801885702014. Your interests may qualify for a refund depending on their category and condition.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned if they are “No longer required.”
For device-related concerns after use, you may return the product within seven days with a reasonable cause; we will refer you to the manufacturer’s warranty center (if applicable) or tell you of our warranty service.
Conditional Return Policies
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and defect-free.
The product must include the user manual, warranty cards, original tags, freebies, and accessories.
You must return the goods in the manufacturer’s original, undamaged packaging/box.
