Standard Operating Procedure
- Powering On: Ensure the workspace is level. Flip the rear power switch; the digital status display indicators will illuminate.
- Sample Loading: Press the lid release button. Always place test tubes of identical mass symmetrically across the rotor center line to balance rotational loads.
- Parameter Setting: Input your target velocity (RPM) or required relative centrifugal force (RCF) and processing duration using the onboard touch panel adjusters.
- Operation: Firmly close the locking chamber lid until the electronic safety lock clicks shut. Press the Start button. You can adjust active parameters mid-run without stopping the cycle.
- Cycle Completion: The system counts down to zero, triggers an audible buzzer alarm, activates the automatic deceleration brakes, and unlocks the lid for safe sample removal.
