Introduction:
This style fume hood is a custom-made fume hood for perchloric acid. The alkaline water neutralization and circulation system behind the deflector of the fume hood is the primary neutralization system, and its function is to ensure that high concentrations of perchloric acid residues do not accumulate in the fume hood, thereby causing chemical reactions such as combustion, explosion or a lot of heat.

1. Made of PP material, integrally welded

2. Resistant to strong acid, alkali and strong corrosion

3.Solid core physical and chemical board, PP board, ceramic board and other countertop materials are optional

4.The inside of the deflector is equipped with a spray system, which can neutralize the acid gas in the exhaust gas and then discharge it

5.The control panel can control the lighting system, circuit system, and air volume adjustment system

6.Circulating water dilution system includes acid and alkali resistant circulating pump, water tank, water inlet and outlet structure, and complete circulating water circuit
